The Air Injection System draws in a bubble of oxygen at the top of the tank. The untreated water, when entering into the tank, is forced to flow through the bubble of oxygen, which in turn dramatically increased the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water. The increased amount of dissolved oxygen boosts the performance of the filter material considerably. Arsenic, Manganese, Iron, Zinc and other metals are removed.
The tank contains Katalox Light Filter Media, a superior media which works in tandem with the injection of dissolved oxygen. It will oxidize the Arsenic, Manganese, Iron, Zinc & and any Hydrogen Sulfide into insoluble particulate. This plays a critical role in controlling and preventing the accumulation of biofilm inside the treatment system. The precipitated particulate in the untreated water will get trapped on top of and inside the bed of Removal Filtration Media for Arsenic/ Iron/ Manganense/ HS2 inside the tank. The AIO system has 2 cubic feet of Katalox light filtration media.

The unit can perform with flow up to about 20 gpm. The ideal range is 8-10 gpm which is normal usage, even for a big house.
If you want to use on a sprinkler line that maintains 14 gpm constantly, let us know. We may need to alter the recommendation.
