This Power Filter mobile water filter is designed to provide you with clean great tasting water away from home.  It is very light, weighing just 4 ounces, and contains a water filter.  It holds 24 ounces of water.  It could be a great filter if you want to ensure pure water when you get from your office, school, water fountain.  You just fill the bottle, and then it filters as you squeeze it out to drink.

The little filter does a lot.  It removes chlorine, bad taste, odor, silt, sand and sediment.  It removes heavy metals inlcuding aluminum, asbestos, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead and mercuy.  It also removes harmful microscopic pathogens such as e-coli, cryptospoidum, giardia lamblia, and other bacteria!  (Should they be present in the water, which hopefully they aren't.)  It even removes Radon 222.  

The bottle is made of materials that are FDA Food Grade Approved and has been tested and approved by the EPA and state registered labs.

The filter lasts a long time.  For maximum effectiveness you can use your filter for, up to 500 refills (100 gallons) for effectiveness with chlorine, tastes & odors if you are filtering municipally treated water.  For effectiveness with lead, heavy metals and VOCs  (volatile organic compounds) the filter should be changed after 125 refills, which is 25 gallons.  When you need to replace the filter, you just drop a new one in.

While a tiny light-weight filter can't do everything a home system can, what this filter does is remarkable.  This water filter in this bottle eliminates 99.9% or better of microbiological contaminants, 99% of triholomethanes, 95% of inorganic contaminants, and 99% of volatile organic compounds.  (You can't be assured that it will remove viruses.  But again, we sure hope they aren't in your water supply.)  Let's figure it this way - you're health is far more protected using this when you're out and about than not!

Improve the water when you are hiking, jogging, traveling and playing sports.  You can't be sure how good the water is, but it certainly is far better to filter it than not.
