The Scaleblaster
Signal Theory
Water comes into your pipe containing calcium carbonate, the mineral mainly responsible for lime scale deposits.
The ScaleBlaster's induction coil is wrapped around the outside of your pipe. A signal cable delivers frequencies from teh computerized control box.
The unique and complex modulating frequency hits the resonant frequency of the calcium carbonate molecules causing them to lose their adhesive properties.
ScaleBlaster's signal produces a wave current that sweeps all the frequency responses from 2,000 to 24,000 Hz at a rate of 20 times per second.
The inaudible signal at sonic frequencies causes turbulence in the water molecules and ion exchange in mineral atoms.
The signal causes the ions to precipiate or collide with each other to the point where the calcium crystal grow until they become so large that there are no more surface charges left to stick to the pipe walls or any other surfaces.
Empty water molecules attract calcium molecules from scale buildup no pipes and other surfaces that have scale buildup. This causes any existing scale to go away and never return.
Crystals are unable to adhere to any surface and do not precipitate out as hard scale.
