Below are composite results for the filter material used in the Water Filter Pitcher, in the Stainless Steel Filtering Water Bottle, and in the Filtering Straw. Test A is a composite of earlier results before additional improvements. Test B is specifically on the Water Filter Pitcher, with tests performed by the County of Los Angeles. All tests used ANSI/EPA protocols and NSF Standards 42 & 53.
Column D results for the advanced filter which is in the Straws and Stainless Water Bottles we sell, and is available in the Advanced Water Filter Pitcher.
Note that trihalomethanes are chlorination byproducts - generally considered the risk from chlorine.
